everything in tier 1, plus:

A few important things to note:
this service covers planning & strategy - not execution. that means no content creation, no design work, no scheduling, no posting, and no community management or analytics monitoring.

plans are delivered one month in advance. your walkthrough call happens within 7-10 days of delivery. you get one round of revisions per month (within reason).

These boundaries keep the service focused and effective for both of us.
Content planning only works if you actually use it.
This service removes the hardest part, but you still have to execute the plan. If you're not ready to show up and post - a plan won't magically fix that.

"What if I still don't post?" This service removes the strategising & second-guessing. The execution part becomes way simpler when someone's already done the thinking for you.

"Can I upgrade to full management?" Absolutely. You'll likely start here and find the strategic support invaluable and want to talk upgrades once your 3-month container is up.
"How do we get started?" You'll complete a questionnaire, receive onboarding documents, and we'll begin strategy immediately.
"Is this right for me?" If you can create content but struggle to plan strategically - yes. If you need someone to create and post for you - that's full management.
