How does onboarding work? We start with a strategy session to map out your goals, brand voice & content pillars. Then I create your first month's content plan for approval before anything gets created or goes live.
How long do we work together? This is an ongoing service designed for consistency and long-term results. There's a 4-month minimum commitment, and most clients stay on for 12+ months because they soon appreciate how valuable this service is.
What happens if I need to pause or cancel? Just give me 30 days' notice. I'll wrap things up properly so your account doesn't just drop off. If you do decide to pause, your spot may be given to another client on my waitlist.
What if I don't like the content you create? You get two rounds of revisions built in - one at the planning stage, one after creation. We'll refine until it feels right.
How quickly can I get started? The service runs via a waitlist, so I'll reach out when one becomes available. I deliberately take on a limited number of clients to ensure each business gets the very best service possible. No shortcuts or passing through multiple hands here.
